【募集背景】　　　Replacement

*Leads the Finance Operations team to ensure optimal alignment and high performance
*Drives continuous improvement in application of processes controls
*Leads cost efficiency/profitability efforts
*Analyses proposed business opportunities, projects and other pending decisions to determine impact on company’s financial results
*Leads the locally-retained finance operations (accounting, treasury, tax, credit) and manages the relationship with the oversea
*Leads the preparation for internal and external audit
*Leads credit control team to minimize credit risk while maximize the usage of credit extended to customers to support the business growth

【必須】
*Degree or qualification in Finance, Economics or Accounting (e.g. MBA or CPA)
*Solid skills and experience(Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Credit)
*Excel skills
*English (Business level)
*IFRS knowledge
*people management
