Job Description

Wholesaler Management, Senior Manager

Role and Responsibility:
• Communication with wholesalers for operations and management.
• Prioritization of demands, Business plan development.
• Conducts detailed account analysis to ensure the company's objectives are being reached.
• Develops contracting strategy when needed, clearly identifying the opportunity and chance for success.
• Conducts cost/benefit analysis to balance accounts
• Proactively creates contingency plans to navigate difficult situations that may negatively affect account plan implementation.
• Thinks ahead and identifies issues that may delay achieving business milestones, and takes appropriate action.
• Develops and maintains a strong understanding of the pharmacoeconomics of all products.
• Actively seeks account’s feedback on how to be a more effective partner. Relays these details internally to appropriate channels.
• Maintains a network of account contacts, strives to improve business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong experience in an account management or wholesaler management role
• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries
• Business level English
