* Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures (Monthly Finance review)　
* Revenue Price Volume analysis to improve margin
* Monitor and Propose Resource Allocation
* Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
* Lead Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan
* Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
* Support Country Manager on Business Model preparation (ROI analysis)
* Supporting Country Manager and Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
* Prepare presentations to Country Manager and Senior Management Team

【必須】
*Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
*Experience as Manger Financial Planning and Analysis
*English (Business level)
