Agile Solutions Specialist

職務内容 our company is undergoing a Digital transformation initiative across the company focused on leveraging the power of digital and data across the business in all aspects. The Agile Solutions Specialist will play an important role by working with the business in translating business requirements into IT solutions, creating and driving innovative solutions leveraging understanding of trending technologies combined with strong business acumen, designing and developing solutions in agile and iterative ways.

Primary Activities / Responsibilities:
•Responsible for translating business strategy into IT requirements, identifying the appropriate solutions and driving them to resolution with respective partners (internal and external). Leverage existing our IT standard products (external and custom-made software configured to provide foundational commercial capabilities) where applicable and incorporate/integrate any new solutions working with IT colleagues locally and globally
•As technical expert work closely with the business teams to identify, adapt and modify technical solutions using iterative methods. Provide technical thought leadership and openly discuss with the business the best use of technology to achieve its goal. Apply technology best practices while considering support, security and maintainability of the products with consideration to scale.
•Responsible for analysis, estimation, design and delivery of the required IT products while collaborating with broader IT teams in Japan and overseas and/or vendors as appropriate.
•Use agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly enhance, evolve and/or develop creative and efficient IT products that enhance customer experience
•Collaborate with agile team members to craft clear user stories, clarify ambiguity, design tests for prototypes and products, and deliver IT product capabilities or enhancements with oversight through Hypercare until operational transition
•Communicate with business stakeholders to set and manage expectations about delivery methods, timelines, progress reporting and help remove technical impediments

応募資格 Mandatory Skills
•A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with knowledge of the Agile software development process
•Solution design and enterprise architecture experience
•Java programming, PL/SQL, and UX or UI experience
•Solid understanding of entire life-cycle of IT applications from requirement gathering, design, development, SIT, deployment, maintenance
•Ability to manage ambiguity, problem-solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
•Ability to translate user stories into requirements and identify applicable IT solutions. Proven success in solution delivery capabilities.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with people at all levels of the organization (both technical and non-technical) including geographically distributed teams, off-shore development teams and third-party vendors, to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions

•Ability to adapt and rapidly learn new technologies and apply their findings to solve key business challenges. Natural curiosity and a desire to do things differently
•Ability to challenge status quo and to think out of the box to propose and implement effective business solutions. Be comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
•Ability to collaborate with and manage partner vendors
•Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Mobile development
•Experience as a developer on an agile team leveraging SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD) & Continuous Integration.
•Experience with continuous integration and deployment, test-driven development & incremental design concepts, highly scalable applications, application security
•Ability to do non-technical tasks at times because of changing business requirements.
•Demonstrated business acumen and stakeholder engagement. Ability to lead projects independently and manage internal and external client expectations on project requirements and deliverables
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Japanese and English.
•Be energetic, forward-looking, influential with strong curiosity on diverse topics both technical and non-technical

Educational Qualification
•Bachelors or above. Degree in computer science preferable
