Job description

Main Mission:
- Development and implementation of comprehensive, effective CRM programs, including various types of email marketing and loyalty programs
for the Japan market and markets outside of Japan

Person in this position will be in charge of:
- Development and implementation of effective CRM and loyalty programs to build long term relationships with consumers
- Analyses of competitors and competitors’ CRM and loyalty programs
- Strengthening the CRM programs that are aligned with the digital and e-commerce programs and strategies
- Leading comprehensive online and offline CRM strategies
- Strengthening the relationships with key internal stakeholders in product marketing, sales, retail and education, PR and so forth
- Setting clear KPIs to measure each campaign’s result


- Experience and advanced skills in developing creative CRM and brand interactive campaigns
- Comprehensive experience and skills in CRM, digital marketing and offline communications
- Strong passion for beauty products
- Ability to understand the brand’s core target consumers

- Advanced writing, speaking and reading skills in English
- Japanese language skills are not a must
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Advanced communication skills
- Good balance of creativity and logical thinking
- Superior project management skills
