● This Manager will support consumer marketing senior manager to implement digital marketing mainly for digital precision media PDCA, organic online presence enhancement, data acquisition and utilization by CDP.
● Lead and manage SEO partnering with external agency and improve the company brand ranking, share of search volume with clear target setting.
● Lead and manage online presence enhancement mainly at major EC with clear target setting partnering with project lead in business/channel team and external agency.
● Lead and manage 1st party data acquisition and utilization with CDP as a corporate equity and closely work with key stakeholders like IT, legal, strategy, digital platform team and marketing team to maximize the utilization of the integrated 1st party data to key projects for clear business contribution
● Build a close relationship with global and regional counterparts for implementing key projects.
● Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience at digital agency or consulting company in charge of digital media operation (Agile PDCA management of Listing, DSP, attribution analysis etc.) for multiple clients.
● Marketing automation, DMP or CDP management experience is a big plus
● E-commerce and CRM planning/ management experience is plus
● Proactive self-starting marketing strategist with a sense of responsibility and accountability to lead and deliver required executions in a cross functional team
● Strong leadership with massive passion to drive / implement innovative executions to win in the dynamic and competitive market
● A good motivator with proactive communication skills and influencing capabilities to engage, energize and harmonize people as a team beyond the function
● Business level English communication skill
