Requirements
-Min years of experience: 7-10 years in HR area
-Knowlede of Japan local Labor Law is must
-Experience working with union or labor office is a plus
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Proactive, service oriented mind-set
-Business Level English and Japanese fluency is a must
