Job description

As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing strategy to drive our partner' s business
* Negotiating and persuading responsible partners to deliver business target metrics, including Billing, Revenue and PTI
* Managing day to day tasks with partner to identify growth opportunities
* Effectively influencing and engaging partners to increase our share in the partner's portfolio.
* Effectively leveraging internal resources (eg, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Technology, GCO, Compliance)
* Working closely with Regional/Global teams to enhance network values
* Collaborating with other LOBs in Japan to drive market growth strategy

Requirements

* Previous experience within the financial services, Credit Card, or Point Card Industry
* B2B Business Development experience
* Partnership Marketing or Consulting experience would be beneficial
* Business Level English, Native Level Japanese
