Job description

My client is a leader in cloud technology. Their growth is driving a rapid expansion of its world-wide sales organization and a need for this experienced sales strategy and operations leader.
This hands-on role leads developing, implementing, and managing the sales processes, systems, reports, and strategies that optimize sales functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. They will develop detailed revenue attainment and customer adoption plans, report progress against those plans to sales management and leadership, and make recommendations for changes to sales strategies and investments based on those results. They will drive improvements to cross-organizational processes and systems related to sales, partnering with other team leaders in finance, marketing, billing, data warehouse, product management, and customer support to create and refine the tools needed to drive sales productivity increases.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Plan, develop and implement effective sales strategy with close alignment with sales management and segment team leaders
· Manage the development of continuously evolving forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the productivities of our sales team, customers, prospects, partners, markets, and products/services.
· Develop, manage and provide sales revenue and customer adoption reporting capabilities/systems to field personnel, sales management, and leadership that support a global, multi-channel sales organization with actionable analytics.
· Design and develop insightful dashboards, reports and metrics using SFDC, BI (Business Intelligence) and Excel.
· Lead the sales compensation plan development and management.
· Create and maintain business management system both for leadership team and sales teams
· Effectively manage the growth of the sales strategy and operations team as it scales rapidly to meet the growing needs of the business. This includes head count allocation plan by sales teams.

· セールスフォースドットコム(SFDC)、BIツール、エクセルなどを用いた、セールスの状況の分析に必要なダッシュボードの整備・運営
· セールスチームのインセンティブプランの設計・導入
· ビジネスマネジメントシステムの開発・管理・運営
· セールス・ストラテジー・アンド・オペレーションチームの組織デザインに対する提言


· 7-10 years of significant experience in leadership role in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Management, or other related field in IT industry.
· Strong business-process design and implementation experience
· Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data driven analyses, and influencing results
· Experience working within a high-growth and fast pace, technology company would be highly beneficial
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
· Fluency in Japanese and English
· Experience in working with SFDC and Business Intelligence tool including Tableau
· Some relevant technical knowledge is helpful, such as: database systems, core distributed computing concepts, fundamentals of cloud computing and storage system etc.

· IT業界における、セールス部門、セールスオペレーション部門、セールスマネジメント部門、または、関連部門における7~10年程度の実績。
· ビジネスプロセスのデザインおよび導入経験。
· ビジネス上の課題に対して、データを分析し、的確に判断し、他者を巻き込んでいく能力。課題解決に向けて、オーナーシップをとり、定量的な分析を行い、結果に結びつけた実績。
· 急速に成長・拡大するIT企業での就業経験があれば望ましい。
· シニアマネジメントへのレポート経験も含めた高度なコミュニケーションスキル
· 日本語と英語でのコミュニケーション能力。
· SFDC、およびTableauなどのBIツールへの利用経験。
· クラウド・コンピューティングに関する全般的な知識があればなお可。
