Job description


Consumer Marketing (80% of workload)
•Plan and execute the yearly/quarterly commercial marketing plan, with strong emphasis on return on investment and impact on key retail matrices especially traffic.
•Develop local promotional activities that complement global activities generated by HQ.
•Launch in-store events to drive traffic to all 10 stores.
•Develop strong teamwork with key internal partners (Retail, Store Managers, Business, HQ Marketing, Operations and Finance), especially with the head of Retail and Business to ensure alignment of marketing activities to business goals.
•Launch programs for new stores (3 to 5 stores to be opened every year for next 4 ~ 5 years)


•10+ years of marketing experience at a premium retail driven brand, in such industries as apparel, accessories (jewellery, watches, leather goods), automobile, interiors and other lifestyle segments
•3+ years of leadership role including managing subordinates
•Strong foundation of retail marketing fundamentals (promotions, events) and understanding of retail KPI’s
•Strong foundation of digital marketing (able to use digital advertising to drive traffic to stores)
•Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in-market and globally
•Analytical skills including managing Return of Investment (Return on Ad Spend or ROAS)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Japanese and English (business level).
•University bachelor degree or above
