Job Description

Build the Brand Communication & Strategy, Media Plan (Digital Marketing)
マーケティング部(13名)のブランディング、コミュニケーション戦略立案
Responsible for overall brand media budget and execution.

-Understand the company's communication guideline and build communication strategy in Japan. To include holistic communication strategy and media plan, utilizing both traditional and digital media. Digital includes owned, earned and paid to maximize the Brand image and visibility with up-to date understanding on media and market environment.
-Work closely with Regional team for planning and review, with timely shearing to proceed action forward
-Build communication strategy, with strong control of the holistic digital media adv to create synergy off
and on line to boost business
-Creation of engaging relationship with Traditional medias and Journalists to obtain quality free-pubs
To be in charge of:
1) Brand total media strategy
2) Product / Consumer Moment based promotion and tie-up, as well as digital adv such as SEM, affiliate,
listing for new customer conversion, etc...

Requirements

- 5+ years experience in communication, with strong capability to build communication strategy and execution. - University degree
- Strong Understanding of Media environment of Japan and Consumer Journey
(experience of beauty communication is a plus)
- Experience also in both traditional and digital communication
- Excellent communication skill (both oral and writing)
- Business level English
- Excellent inter-personal skill / Result-oriented / Team Player / Attention to detail
