- Service Desk, Device Support, Access Management
- Datacenter & Network
- Applications: Enterprise and local
- Service Level Management
- Administration of IT assets
- Disciplinary lead of Service Operation and improvement employees

Requirements

-Over 10 years of experience working in the IT industry and in an international organization.
-At least 3 years people management experience (Including foreigners)
-Experience of promoting global project.
-Experience of digital transformation.
-KPI management.
-IT strategy planning experience.
