Job Description
Deal Analysis (Top priority)
• Conduct advanced cash flow modeling for potential acquisitions and exiting investments.
• Perform back-of-envelop valuation for pipeline projects.
• Take responsibility to ensure cash flow model accuracy and integrity.
• Provide support in acquisition, disposition, due diligence and closing documentation.

Requirements
Qualifications
• University graduate; ideally in economics, statistics, real estate, finance, or related disciplines
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
Required Experience
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in investment management
• Experience working in an international business environment preferred
Technical Skills/Knowledge
• Must have outstanding analytical skills, able to do detailed and back-of-the-envelope calculations to assess investment opportunities
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English as well as Japanese
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an enthusiasm and aptitude to further them;
• Desire to keep on top of latest market trends through research
