Job description

Content plays a major role in the customer’s decision making while choosing to book a hotel. Candidate will be responsible for Content for company’s International Markets. This position of Head of Content will be designing strategy and road map of company in the content space. Primary areas include, impacting customer decision cycle to favourably impact and drive conversions by showing most content which is most impactful in a manner which is best consumable for customer.

Candidate should possess ability to deliver revenue and conversion targets, drive operations rigor, work on consumer insights and drive impact led projects to improve conversions rate. Person should be a good blend of strategic thinking, and managing operations with a creative blend of mind. This position will require working with Country leadership team, partner with technology team, Operations, revenue team, and work cross functionally with most of the teams at company and partner ecosystem.

The Content Head will have a large team reporting to her or him including the following key leaders:
• Photography
• Content Projects
• Production

• Design the Strategy and roadmap for Catalogue and Content Management on company's various platforms
• Work closely with the Data Science Head.
• Build teams and capabilities to work on content – visual multimedia and written.
• Ability to have a revenue outlook and business orientation to drive this vertical and build for next level growth
• Should be able to drive strategic projects, which will significantly increase conversion of property.
• Leading automation and AI projects for the complex operations ecosystem of visual content.
• Leading operations and managing stakeholders – business heads, operations teams, vendors
• Build up a repository of vendors and define SOP & guidelines that help automate or eliminate tasks
• Challenge status quo and come up with a more efficient system

Requirements

• Ability to manage complex operations
• Ability to get into details and deliver targets.
• Strong stake holder management skills, deal with CXO and senior leadership
• Big Picture thinking, and thought leadership
• Problem solving plus Strategic thinking
• High on Analytical skills, business acumen and revenue orientation
• Structured thinking and excellent project management skills
• Creative blend of mind and can do good design thinking.

• Management consulting experience, revenue delivery experience is a strong added advantage
• Content management of e-commerce is a strong added advantage
• 10+ years’ experience, with 3+ years in strong revenue delivery roles
