Job description

As the Head of Growth Marketing you will be responsible for building and driving revenue through company’s direct demand channels mentioned below: - (various channels through Andriod and IOS).

2. Web
3. Call center
You will be responsible for the overall growth strategy for the designated geography and will deploy levers across product, marketing, partnerships, customer insights and business models, to drive growth.

- Build and Scale company’s consumer products (web and app) traction.
- Drive revenue from Company App and Website, ensuring achievement of monthly targets.
- Build growth strategies/models for the Growth function – spanning product, marketing, partnerships, data insights and conversions.
- Develop and nurture specialized functional capabilities such as online and offline customer acquisition, partnerships, customer relationship Management, data science, product management and content management. Deliver maximum efficiency on Marketing budgets and employ strategies to improve efficiency over time.
- Build and manage a strong team to deliver growth target for the country/region, and also support new country launches in future.

Requirements

- Total 15 + years of experience with previous experience in Product Marketing / Growth or Revenue Management working across customer funnels of awareness, consideration and purchase.
- Experience in demand growth function of an e-commerce firm with hands-on experience in Stakeholder Management, Insight Generation and large team handling is a plus

- First principle problem solving: Several solutions – processes and technology both and maybe even elements of business model – will need customization to build company in the local market. Think globally, act locally – keen understanding of problems of hotel owners and of customers and subsequent problem solving
- Planning, reporting and stakeholder management: Ability to plan using guidelines from central team and build the right reporting metrics/visibility to enable quick decision making for moving business forward; Comfort with operating alone with little day to day supervision
- Hunger to outperform, coupled with 'hands on’ attitude: Fearless ambition, a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, with an inner fire to build something big and change the hospitality space
- High energy, quick execution: Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment; motivate and lead the team to do the same
