Sales- Financial Institution
-Introduce multi-manager products and solutions mainly to large Japanese financial institutions with a goal of achieving revenue and AUM growth targets by winning new clients and mandates
-Target clients are mainly life and non-life insurers (as opposed to banks) who have longer investment horizon and higher risk tolerance.
-Develop strong and long-term relationship with the target clients to build and strengthen our brand as a trusted adviser to win multiple mandates over time in significant sizes across various asset classes
-Provide high-quality client servicing for existing clients, working together with Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, Operations and other relevant local and oversea internal resources
-Ideally 5 years or longer of experience as a sales or a client service representative, covering Japanese insurers either in asset management or securities industry
-Advanced understanding of financial markets as well as asset management products and solutions
-Deep understanding of ALM and balance-sheet investment of Japanese insurers
-Strong existing relationship and/or relationship building skills with large Japanese insurers
-Self-starter and team player with strong leadership as well as project-management and multi-tasking skills
-Strong communication skills in both Japanese and business-level English
CMA/CFA and JSDA Class 1 Representative would be a plus
