Job description

Responsible for leading and facilitating the Customer Excellence capabilities including Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation and other Customer Excellence capabilities as well as capabilities across the enterprise e.g. BTS in order to drive industry-leading data and analytics capabilities and strengthening data-driven decision culture. Provide direction to the Customer Excellence Team and other enterprise function teams to pursue the best outcomes.

Requirements

Accomplish the followings to achieve the best outcomes by realizing “Winning with Data” in Japan Affiliate working with Customer Excellence functions including BI&E, DCE and other relevant enterprise functions as a pivotal facilitation role:
• Contribute to performance maximization
• Contribute to enable agile decision making
• Support to optimize promotion resources and channel mix
• Propose solutions to address the high priority issues related to information gap with through assessment on the senior management
• Proactively adopt new data source and analysis methodologies that can add value to the organization
