Job description

- Drive key products lines to grow sales in the Japanese market
- Execute annual operating plan and align with business unit
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Drives New Product Introduction process and successful launch for new products/services/solutions
- People management (manage 2-4 subordinates) to buildup strong functional team and support members career development
**This product is the main product with over 35% proportion on the products portfolio and strong investment form the company, with double digit growth each year


●5+ years' relevant marketing in medical device or healthcare related industry
●Global business/marketing acumen, leadership, track record, passion for innovation, self-learning mindset
●Ability to develop and execute marketing strategy and programs
●Fluent Japanese and business level English is a must
