Job Description
Role description:
This position presents an opportunity to start a commercial excellence function in the Japan organization inline with global corporate initiatives and drive these initiatives and projects in Japan. This position will entail working with global stakeholders including top management.
・Identify, develop and implement new commercial processes, practices and tools to maximize commercial impact
・Work in close cooperation with local sales team and global Commercial Excellence team in order to review, challenge and inspire local practices with a focus on driving efficiency and leveraging market opportunities
Focus:
・Initiate and drive Sales Excellence by turning global concepts and frameworks into local practices and activities
Tasks Includes:
・Drive local Sales Excellence assessments
・Develop, drive and monitor adoption of new commercial processes
・Develop dashboards to facilitate reporting and tracking of sales effectiveness KPI’s
・Facilitate development of local Commercial Plans
・Identify local commercial improvement areas
・Engage with global Commercial Excellence team to share and build on best practices
Requirements
・Several years of experience in Sales Excellence / Sales Effectiveness /Commercial Excellence
・Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
・High proficiency in English
