Job Description

Leads development of core Japan commercial strategies for pre-launch assets to prepare optimally for future commercialization in Japan market
Drive understanding of stakeholder needs, competitive environment and differentiation opportunities in close collaboration with Medical, Market Access and Healthcare Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR and other partners
Shares Japan needs and priorities with VISION to influence commercial strategies as well as clinical/medical activities, including trial design
Actively engages and collaborates with VISION team to ensure Japan's market needs and priorities are understood, quantified and communicated
Works closely with Medical and Market Access and Healthcare Policy colleagues focused on new disease areas to ensure a comprehensive product strategy is in place in full alignment with VISION
Plans and coordinates Launch Readiness Activities in alignment with cross functional launch preparation team 18-24 months prior to first commercial launch
Represent Japan in key Global New Product Planning-related committees and teams

Requirements

Sets direction, delivers results, and acts as a role model for commercial strategy teams

Additional Information

Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferrably 5 years+ exposure to new product launches and readiness
Passion to deliver outstanding results
