Associate-VP, Real-estate Acquisition

Strategy: Real Estate, M&A, Loan Acquisition
Open Position: Associate or VP (depending on skillset)
- Variety of real estate related tasks based on MD’ guidance, including but not limited to: market research, cash flow analysis, IC memo drafting, documentation, funding, settlement, periodical reporting, etc. in relation to the opportunity at hand, which can be hard asset acquisitions, loan acquisitions, M&A, or other forms of investments.
- Other non-deal related ad-hoc assignments instructed by the MD or the Company depending on the projects and/or business initiatives.

- Working experience in either domestic or international firm with real estate and/or financial background (such as Real Estate IM /AM / Commercial Bank, Trust Bank, Non-Bank, Life/Non-Life Insurance, etc.)
- Language : English and Japanese (Native Japanese + Fluent English or Native English + Native level Japanese*)
*Native level Japanese = able to understand regulations, read and review contract agreements in Japanese
- High potential, motivated, team-worker building interpersonal / cross-functional relations, self-starter, and quick-learner
