Client Executive / Senior Client Executive, Asset Management

Job description

Broad responsibility to expand sales of Institutional Clients, Consulting, RIIS and broader asset management services.
Coordinate / collaborate with other Client Services team members and Investment team members in the development of a solution based sales strategy to clients.

-Meet and exceed annual financial targets as agreed with MD. Work closely with senior members and communicate closely with important pension clients and maintain existing client expectations and revenues.
-Develop a thorough understanding of the Institutions market segment, existing and prospective client relationships and solution based strategy.
-Delivering value-added advice and investment solutions that help our clients manage the investment process around planning/governance, asset allocation and strategy implementation and performance reporting and evaluation.
-Work closely with investment and other groups to develop a solution-based value proposition for the Institutions segment.
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts/resources.
-Managing the client onboarding process, including coordination of legal documents and investment guidelines.
-Oversee new product and fund/account launches


-Over three years’ experience in the investment management industry or related fields with a successful track record in sales and/or client services.
-In-depth knowledge of investment products, the asset management industry.
-Successful sales and client service experience in the financial industry or related fields; persuasive, persistent and friendly, not too aggressive communication and solid presentation skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within the team.
-High level of personal integrity and professionalism. Actual experiences and knowledge of Investment Management and Business level English communication skill are the plus.
