Senior Operations Specialist, Asset management

Mainly focusing on Business As Usual for operationally running DIA Separate accounts and liaisoning related parties
-Periodical Reconciliations
-Cash Managements
-Day-to-day operations / data maintenance such as trades and settlements, corporate actions, etc…,
-Running/ operating those systems/ tools/ applications that are used for business requirements
-Paperworks, e-mailing, phone-calling, faxing, communication with internal/ external counterparties for business requirements
-Ad hoc work for irregular operations. (if any)

-Experiences of operational tasks in Asset Management industry, trust banks or Global custody.
-Professional awareness of operational requirements under Japanese trust structure
-Fundamental competencies, skills, knowledge, understanding, and common-sense of fundamental business manner and requirements.
-Team-working mind-set, cooperativeness to colleagues, easy-to-communicate tendency
-Fundamental skills of organizing and prioritizing his/her own tasks and ability to work under pressure and deadline.
-English skill (Business Level reading and writing, and verbal skills) possible to work with global colleagues and related parties.
-Japanese skill （Business Level reading, writing, and verbal skills) possible to work with related parties, especially Japanese trust banks.
-PC skill (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, PDF, etc…)
