Job Description

Multichannel
・Lead and develop multichannel strategy
■ Forecasts and product supply
・Lead coordination of product availability and production management
・Coordinate forecasts development with finance and partner
■ PDP
・Lead coordination of LCM of with CMR team
・Lead coordination of RWE plan with medical team
■ Market insights
・Lead global and local customer insight project
■ Lead coordination of non-commercial process and execution (e.g. PV and quality) with alliance manager

<Main job tasks>
■ Develop the multichannel strategy for the product and coordinate the execution
・Identify best practices from other therapeutic areas or industries to develop the best in class multichannel strategy.
■ Deliver production plan and demand forecast (GSF) by collaborated with production team in KFA and O2C team in finance
■ Coordinate and deliver commercial input of PDP (Product development plan) input for LCM of the product by collaborated with regional project director of the product in CMR
■ Coordinate and deliver commercial input for RWE (real world evidence) plan for LCM by collaborated with medical advisor of the product
■ Drive global and local market research with MSD
■ Liaise with stakeholders in PV and quality and provide commercial input for PV and quality activities with the partner company

■ Internal Key Stakeholders:
・Medical affairs, public affairs, communications, market access, Quality and regulatory
■ Type of Communication:
・Demonstrate sensitivity to the various priorities and strategic objectives of different stakeholders, showing flexibility to accommodate business requirements. Provide commercial input for various activities of non-commercial process.

Requirements

■ Education:
・Bachelor’s degree required

■ Experience:
・Minimum of 7-10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, ideally having worked in a brand team as well as other functional areas (public affairs, medical affairs, market access).

■ English:
・Good level of English is needed to communicate with global
・TOEIC 700+

■ Personal skills:
・Strong analytical and strategic skills
・Demonstrate ability to constructively challenge assumptions and directly influence others in a respectful manner.
・Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
・Great communication & social skills; strong presentation skills.
