A leading law firm in Tokyo is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Business Development Manager to develop and execute high quality business development and marketing initiatives.

Job Description

●Successfully developing and managing the strategy and plan to expand company’s services into organizations that are not existing clients
●Developing partnership relationships with new/potential clients’ leadership level personnel.
●Formulating and executing best practices in generating leads and tracking
●Managing account timeline, budget and other critical administration responsibilities.
●Developing professional network through association memberships, and community activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:
●Sales experience in professional services and/or management consulting services.
●Demonstrated track record of successful ability to sell solution-based engagements.
●Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients.
●Bachelor's Degree from an college/university.
●Must currently live in Japan.

Preferred Skills:
●Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company.
●Brilliant interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, executives and the community.
●Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex problems.

Languages:
English Fluent, Japanese good to have but not required
