AVP, Client Service (Strategy & Onboarding)
-Coordinate and execute account on-boarding/product launch/termination process working closely with overseas transitions team, local/overseas relevant parties as well as external parties
-Coordinate miscellaneous account events such as IMA/guideline changes, custodian changes, stock/cash inflows/outflows, account restructures, and operational changes of portfolios etc.
-Account/Portfolio master data implementation/maintenance
-Maintain and provide IAMJ’s AUM and other product related information for RFP and marketing purpose
The group offers investments, sales, marketing and client support services to Invesco’s clients through its global client communication platforms and its stewardship of centrally distributed data, e.g.
-Product/client reporting
-Client transition management into segregated and pooled funds
-Bespoke reporting to clients, consultants and external data vendors
-Key global distribution services business project management, controls and systems enhancement
- Min 5 years' of transitions/onboarding experience is desirable. (or min 5 years’ of working experience in operations area including operational setup for ITM fund/separate account)
- Good understanding/knowledge of
-- The asset management industry
-- All investment and support functions, e.g. Legal, Compliance, Investment, Operations etc.
