Associate, RE Acquisition/Finance

Arranges real estate non-recourse loans for (on behalf of) clients (investors) at acquisitions or refinancing, and the candidate is expected to tap the lenders, negotiate the terms, work on documentation, and execution. It includes, among others, coordination among relevant parties such as appraisers, accounting firms, etc.
During when there is no activity of financing, the candidate is expected to work with the other members of Acquisitions Department, by doing asset-sourcing via brokers, preparing materials to present to investors such as market analysis and underwriting.

-1 year or more of experiences of non-recourse finance business (arrangement, documentation, execution) at financial institutions, real estate asset management companies, or real estate funds.
-English – middle level or above

-金融機関、不動産アセットマネジメント会社、不動産ファンドなど における１年以上の不動産ノンリコースローンのアレンジ 、ドキュメンテーション、エクセキューション 業務経験
- 英語中級レベル以上
