Job Description
- Main coverage is asset management and asset disposition (approx. 60%).
- The others are underwriting, due diligence, cash-flow analysis, etc. (approx. 40%)
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of direct related real estate experience (Nice to have some experiences of asset management for any assets).
- Working knowledge of underwriting with valuation model. (preferable)
- Working knowledge of due diligence process and ability to execute such process. (preferable)
- Have experience / knowledge of PC skills (mainly Excel).
- Native level Japanese = Must have, Business level English = Nice to have
- Young, high potential, and motivated team-worker, self-starter, and quick-learner
