・投資物件に関する運用計画策定及び期中管理
・投資家レポーティング
・デット調達関連業務
・レンダー対応
・投資物件のディスポジション業務

Requirements

・不動産投資運用会社等でのアセットマネジメント業務経験7年以上
・宅建免許
・コミュニケーション能力、折衝能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力必須（シンガポール本社との会議や投資家へのレポートに必要となります）

・ARES不動産証券化マスター
