Logistics/DC Development Project Manager

• Responsible for the successful implementation and completion of the Development Projects within the defined schedule, cost and quality standards
• Prepare budgeting for Development Projects
• Supervise team of contractors on daily basis to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget
• Communicate project status to the team and stakeholders accurately and on time. Develop and implement appropriate solutions to rectify any deviation.
• Completing development of a standard bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly project report for each project
• Actively involved in all stages of projects, from acquisition through approvals, conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation to construction
• Prepare summary reports of each project for reporting purposes
• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate matter

• A degree in either civil/structural engineering or mechanical & electrical engineering or building or architecture
• 7 years of experience in the real estate industry completing a number of successful real estate development logistics projects on time and within budget
• Experience in completing logistics projects from beginning to end
• Experience in construction management with the ability to effectively manage contractors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• An independent individual who is skilled at contract negotiations, managing consultants and the approvals process, as well as proforma and costing analysis
• Ability to speak and read English

Team based in Tokyo and reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for managing the development of the logistics portfolio.
