Report to Japan Head of Communications, manage external communication team (Corp.Com + Product Com) which consists of 6HCs.
Strengthen company reputation through external and media activities and position the company as a leading innovation and trustable company
Establish strong relations with influential media and external stakeholders to gain trust in the company and contribute to the improvement of its visibility and favorability in support of corporate activities
Protect company reputation by proactively anticipating and preparing for potential issues and minimize negative impacts
Develop Best-in-class external communication team

Requirements

Education: Master’s degree (e.g. MSc) / University Diploma or
equivalent
Experience Deep experience in Pharma industry of external
communication (over 10 years to be preferred)
