Maria is a core member of the Market Intelligence Team (MIT) as a Senior Talent Scout.

She has strong expertise in FMCG, sports, and luxury retail industries and has been in the recruitment industry in Japan since 2008. Prior to joining RGF, she worked at a boutique executive search firm specializing in the legal industry.

Originally from Manila, Philippines, Maria is fluent in Japanese, English and her native language Tagalog. She holds a B.S. degree from Centro Escolar University, Manila. Outside work, Maria enjoys traveling, photography, going to the gym, and hot yoga.
