Mayumi is a Senior Talent Scout within the Market Intelligence team (MIT) at RGF Executive Search.

Experienced in both retained and contingency search, she is responsible for identifying top untapped talents within the consulting and financial services industries. She has been in the recruitment business since 2015.

Mayumi attended Temple University Japan and speaks both Japanese and English. In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the gym, watching and dancing classical ballet, and spending time with her family.
