■HR Manager role at Global Consumer Goods Company■
This company has several famous products which are well known in the market.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and requirements for legal and ethical stipulations.
• Monitoring of current policies, processes and procedures and always identify ways for improvement.
• Establishment of manpower planning and recruitment functions in alignment with the company's strategic business objectives and regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Manage and implement the employee performance.
• Management and development of training program and training plan and asses the needs of employees.
• Management and implementation of compensation structure and benefits administration.
• Create and implements employee relations practices necessary to establish and promote a high level of employee satisfaction, morale and motivation.
• Responsible in handling all aspects of HR as well as administrative functions.

• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience as HR manager or other HR executive roles, familiar with the HR functions including C&B, Recruitment, Performance Management
• People oriented and results driven
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
• Good understanding of payroll practices and processes
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to work alone and within a team
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in both Japanese and English
