Capital Markets/IR-Analyst/Associate

-Create and develop investor relationships that will result in meetings with senior investment teams
-Focused coverage of a sub-set of investors in collaboration with Capital Markets leadership, depending on candidate profile
-Think strategically and act proactively to continually manage and improve investor relationships
-Track upcoming meetings and ensure presentation materials and supporting documentation are prepared in advance
-Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, to track investor data and communication
-+Liaise with internal teams such as our Research, Investment Management and regional teams where needed, ensuring appropriate background knowledge and communication for meetings with prospective and current investors

Real estate or business-related Bachelor’s degree
At least 1-2 years of work experience in capital raising, investor relations or investment management
Proficiency to produce quality PowerPoint and Excel based presentation materials
Native in Japanese and confident fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including investors, advisors, internal teams, and senior management
Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
Project management skills with experience in leading and organizing cross functional projects
Attention to detail and due diligence in material produced and ability to multi-task, prioritize and work quickly to a high standard under time pressure
