Rex is an Associate Talent Scout within the Market Intelligence team (MIT) at RGF Executive Search. 

Rex was born in Taiwan and educated in the United States and Japan. He possesses a Masters in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as double undergraduate bachelor's degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in Chicago, USA. He also holds a PhD in Information Technology from Kanagawa Institute of Technology.

Rex is passionate about developing games, VR games, hence his area of responsibility will be cross-technology, specifically AI/machine learning researcher and game developers. 

Rex speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese as well as daily conversational Japanese. In his free time, he enjoys walking, reading, and watching documentaries.
