He was a three-time top career advisor and contributed over 150 successful placements with a reputable IT recruiting company in Japan, and worked at a global consulting company focusing on ERP consulting/freelance business. His tenure has enabled him to gain comprehensive recruitment experience for permanent, haken and the outsourcing contract businesses and has enabled him to fully understand candidate’s point of view. 

Born and raised in Tokyo, he received his bachelor degree in Business and Information from the University in Japan, and also has an associate degree in Hospitality Management in the U.S..

Outside the office, Yasuo enjoys jogging, weight training, cooking and reading business books.
