Yasutomo focuses on sales and technical roles in the Enterprise Software space and also supports our Japanese clients across the Technology Space. Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Yasutomo spent 7 years working for another Japan-based Executive Search firm.

Before getting into the Recruitment industry, Yasutomo worked as an Account Manager for a Japanese software developer and hardware vendor, selling direct into enterprise customers and through channel retail distributors.

Yasutomo has a 2nd level career counselor license (GDCF-Japan) and is dedicated to the development of the career counseling space in Japan. He is an active public speaker at career development seminars, helping candidates to develop their careers in various industries.
