Job Description

•Help make organizations sustainably competent
•Take lead in all the OD & LD activities including but not limited to:
- Annual Performance Appraisal processes … work with the global HR, HR Director and HRBPs to ensure the PA processes take place as planned
- Implement corporate development programs
- Drive Diversity and Inclusion with corporate Diversity and Inclusion Leader
- Training design and delivery … work with external service providers to deliver Leadership Competency, Technical Competency and other right training to the right audience. Prioritize them under tight budget
•Take initiative about Internal HR project
•Ensure alignment with Corporate Talent Excellence Team (e.g., TA, L&D, D&I).
•HRBP concurrent assignment an option

Requirements

【必須】
•5+ years of relevant HR experience in a multinational, multicultural environment
•Consulting-only experience may also be considered
•Bachelor’s degree a must. MBA preferred
•Speaks Fluent Japanese and Business level English
