Job Description

・Manage the team of Learning Specialists within region
・Support management and train current employees based on the market needs through hands-on feedback sessions
・Partner with the global training team to ensure Business team training in local market is effective and representative of their brand and culture, including but not limited to:
 ・Digital platforms & learning modules
 ・Live training, presentations, voice and content delivery
 ・On the job learning, assignments and checklists
 ・Virtual learning sessions / Distance learning
 ・Individual development plans for existing team members
・Coordinate training plans and development related to new role on boarding
・Coordinate established technical and professional learning sessions for ALL functions through outside development workshops, as necessary

Requirements

【必須】
・1+ years people management experience
・3+ years’ experience in providing multiple types of learning experiences, including but not limited to:
 ・Facilitating delivery to large and small groups
 ・On- the - job coaching
・Proven success record and strategic experience in training and coaching
・Several years of experience with the organization and understanding of business tools and infrastructure/
・Above Business level of English and above Business level Japanese
