B2Cの会社に対し（クライアント）リピーター客を増やすための、
マーケティング戦略を行う会社になります。

•Manage the full financial administration and the office administration.
•Lead a small team for accounting and office administration
•Provide accurate and timely reporting for both local and Group purposes
•Manage cash flow and forecast. Ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations
•Prepare and manage Japan Payroll, including all associated taxes/filings

[必須】
•University degree
•Work experience in a finance department
•Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (both verbal and written)

【歓迎】
•International experience is highly preferred
•SAP experience
