The Head of IT will drive the development and delivery of the North Asia IT strategy that will both enable and lead the business to deliver its overall strategy. The IT strategy and roadmap will also optimise quality and cost efficient business and operational outcomes.
The role has ultimate responsibility for all IT systems, hardware and infrastructure in the North Asia business and to ensure they are fit for purpose today and for the future.
As a valued business partner, the Head of IT will provide cross-functional leadership and direction; implementing best practice and industry standards to help establish an innovative, solutions focused agile team.

At least 10 years of experience in an IT leadership role
- Extensive, relevant knowledge of IT best practice with hands on experience
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience, preferably in a premium consumer brand
- Experience of digital marketing and online retail
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement
- Evidence of budget control and can demonstrate financial expertise
- Evidence of achieving in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience leading in a global matrix environment with experience managing and developing a project, programme & team
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels (internally and externally) with the proven experience of developing strong relationships across organisation boundaries
- Experience managing change with a passion for harnessing technology to improve efficiency and organisational effectiveness
