Job description

The main responsibility of the role to manage all elements of launching new products into the Japan market. You will act as a project manager, managing innovation ideation, identifying white space in the market, marketing research and product development, among other things.

You will work closely with your global counterparts to educate them about the Japan market, and to organize and develop localized products.

As its a new company to Japan, the role will be wide and evolving. Its a great chance to help a global company, establish itself in Japan!

Requirements

* 10+ years of Product Marketing Experience, especially product development (not marcom)
* Experience in the household goods products would be extremely beneficial
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and to accept various varied roles and responsibilities, that may be outside of your job spec (its a startup!)
* Determined personality, with the ability and drive to push projects forward. Especially when working with HQ.
