Job description

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth of their brands. This includes developing and executing marketing programs for the local market.
You will be the key player in creating and defining the brand image and story in Japan, and will work closely with the sales team, as well as the distribution partners, to assure the timely delivery of the needed materials.
You will also be in charge of managing all the other daily needs of the brand, related to managing the marketing budget, P&Ls, logistical/Supply chain support, etc.
Finally, you will work closely with your regional and global counterparts, to help localize the brand message to the Japan market, and to alter global strategy accordingly.


* Approximately 10 years of previous marketing related experience (Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, etc)
* Experience managing the marketing budget
* FMCG or Previous Beverage experience would be beneficial
* Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to work independantly
* Business level English, with the ability to speak with the regional/global counterparts
* Native or Near Native Japanese Language skills
