・Involved in 4 buying sessions to Italy through out the year.
・Study and follow up closely about market and competitors, to get expertise on the categories and the overall
・Create reports for retail team to ensure a good knowledge of sales trend at store level: Best sellers and StoreRanking on a bi-weekly basis, Sales by product line and Material on a weekly basis.
・Create analysis for current and future decisions.
・Prepare the material for the seasonal buying: sales and sell through reports with photos.
・Supervising staffs to maintain the Daicho updating info about new collection on a seasonal basis.
・Prepare the seasonal Product Training material for shop staff and provide Training sessions.
・Manage the merchandise samples working with PR and Logistics departments. Following up on catalogues issuingdate and allocate merchandise to the stores accordingly.

・At least 5years experience in MD.
・Good taste in fashion, strong interest for fashion and luxury goods.
・Absolute need for strong planning, analytical and computer skills (excel and powerpoint).
・Deadline driven, with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment with priorities.
・Solid quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
・Business level of English skill required - capacity to work and report in English to HQ. If to speak Italian is a plus.
・High level of integrity and team player, to work well within the organization.
・Result oriented culture .
