Job description

Role Description:
The purpose of this role is to maximize the company's value proposition through multi-channel marketing within a cross functional team. This company is building Multi-Channel Engagement capability to support all product teams to translating business plans and product strategies into a sequence of Multi-Channel touch points. The Multi-Channel Lead will be both a strategic and operational role, using owned media to ensure the target customer experience and delivery of key messages across all channels.

Obtain regular feedback from customers / sales force to inform future channel development
Research and identify ongoing optimization and enhancement opportunities, including new content, tools/channels for sales representatives, and data sources.
Leverage customer data and field force best practices to develop the best story to help sales representatives prioritize content, channel, and message for each customer
Assist product teams in incorporating insights from sales force into future product strategy and planning
Communicate operation plan, updates, adjustments, and insights to the sales operations team
Advise on content for sales training
Accountable for ongoing KPI tracking of initiative success


Required Qualifications
Japanese-Native level, English-Intermediate to Business level
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
At least 3 years of marketing experience
Planning and construction of process, executing tactics in Owned Media
Understanding of how to translate strategy into series of touch points by multi-channel
Strong analytics background with experience recommending business decisions based on data
Familiar with pharmaceutical sales representative experiences

Preferred Qualifications:
Comfortable leading conversations between marketing, IT, and sales operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation ability
Familiarity with traditional and upcoming digital and non-digital customer channels
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and resolve highly complex or unusual business and organizational problems
Strong Leadership skill
