Requirements

【必須】
• Extensive experience in a Human Resources Management role within a commercial organisation
• Broad understanding of business, HR and relationship management
• High level of knowledge in policy and procedure interpretation and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR/ People strategies across diverse business divisions
• Business Acumen – demonstrated ability to understand commercial drivers
• Demonstrated success delivering HR interventions and solutions based feedback and analysis
• Exceptional relationship management skills and experience
• Flexible approach to all mediums of communications, written, verbal, electronic and new technology.
• Strong English and ability to translate
