My client is a global technology leader in Data Management. Globally, they have office all over North America and Europe. In Japan, currently they have 30 people and have been here for a couple of year. Their business has been successful and they continue to grow. They are looking for a Client Success Manager based in Tokyo to supportenterprise customers. You will be responsible for new client implementation and relationship management as well as ensuring adoption and engagement with my clients platform. Client Success Managers play an integral role in our business by building strong working relationships with each and every client, driving annual renewals and upsells. CSMs will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development and Product Management to accelerate usage and relay client needs. Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
