My client is looking for people who are passionate about the following.

· CxO level executives and corporate cloud strategies

Finding customers who would like to adopt cloud and pursue your business value and creating a business case that appeals to cloud migration
· Collaborate with other professional services professionals and promote solutions that accelerate your business results
· Develop and promote governance models that support consistent use of cloud technology in line with organizational strategies and policies ·
Manage changes related to “People” such as skills, capabilities and organizational design as part of the cloud journey
·
This person should have a wide range of IT and consulting backgrounds and a deep knowledge of industry IT trends. (Business case development, innovation in IT and business units, organization change management, IT governance, IT process and compliance, data center migration, IT frameworks such as ITSM, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, PMBOK, cloud operation model, etc.) As an advisory consultant , Customers, partners, and internal are required to leverage this insight.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

· Experience of becoming a trusted partner with relations including peers, stakeholders, and board of directors to C-level of customers
Experience of introducing change management program of large IT enterprise
· Design and construction of global IT infrastructure, Experience in operations-Experience
performing organizational changes for company transformation

このチームのメンバーは様々なITやコンサルティングのバックグラウンドを持ち、インダストリーのITトレンドに関する深い知識を有します。（ビジネスケース開発、ITやビジネスユニットにおけるイノベーション、オーガニゼーションチェンジマネジメント、ITガバナンス、ITプロセスとコンプライアンス、データーセンターマイグレーション、ITSM、ITIL、TOGAF、COBIT、PMBOKといったITフレームワーク、クラウド運用モデルなど）アドバイザリーコンサルタントとして、お客様、パートナー様、そしてAWS内部と連携し、こうした知見を活用することが求められます。

理想的な候補者は1つもしくはそれ以上の以下のような領域での経験を有します。

· お客様のC-レベルに対し、ピアやステークホルダー、役員会も含めリレーションを持ち、信頼できるパートナーとなる経験
· 大規模ITエンタープライズのチェンジマネジメントプログラムを導入した経験
· グローバルなITインフラの設計、構築、運用に携わった経験
· 企業のトランスフォーメーションのために組織変更を実行した経験

■BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with partnerships with other organizations such as business, sales and marketing groups
· Leadership in the areas of IT strategy and business architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing and IT operations
· Good oral and written communication skills Group leadership and presentation skills. Communication skills in Japanese and English
· Bachelor's degree, especially Information Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics preferred

Experience leading cloud migration initiatives for IT transformation as a customer or consultant ·
Consulting experience related to cloud-focused IT strategy and enterprise architecture
· Organizational change management as part of corporate transformation Experience in strategy creation and execution
· Experience in selling and delivering paid professional services
· Knowledge and effective use of IT standards and frameworks in enterprise such as ITIL and TOGAF
· Data center operation and experience as a public cloud provider
· Master's degree / Master's degree in Business Administration
