Job Description

This role would be a great fit for someone who is passionate about designing and implementing top of the line & innovative new training programs for this company's top-class Area Managers (AM). This role will ultimately help further develop and train these AM's to equip them with the tools they need to maximize this company's market share.

Requirements

• Experience as an Area Manager / Director of Sales or Line Manager Development in a training department
• Communication and negotiation skills (experience in meeting with internal and external stakeholders)
• Sales skills (understanding of DiSC and PSS)
• Experience in project and program management in the areas of human resource management, human resource development, training, etc.
• Fluency in English (daily conversation and the ability to participate in business meetings and exchange ideas)
